This project uses data visualization as a means to explore the youtube recommendation algorithm. It attempts to expose patterns in the associations that it has created between the media that it streams. By showing where the algo wants to ‘push’ the user, we can begin see how the model is structured and the behaviours it is designed to incentivize.
